The man of the household has recently been making French omelettes, and so I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of one of these glorious breakfasts recently and had to share.
The omelette contained chopped spinach and Havarti cheese (he would have used Brie or possibly Goat if I hadn’t stressed our budget for this month). 😉
He knows I love my avocado, so he made a little “salad” on the side of the omelette that contained avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, s&p, and drizzled olive oil over top.
It was a very yummy meal.
